How’s Your Sleep?

We know sleep is important, but how do you know if you are getting enough sleep?

Sleep researchers have the developed the SATED questionnaire to help quantify and monitor sleep health. The lower the score the more likely it is that your sleep could use some improvement & an assessment by a health care professional. This is by no means the best or only way to track your sleep. But those of you without a sleep tracker it is a start.

It should be noted that there are many other causes of daytime fatigue. If you suffer from chronic daytime fatigue I encourage you to reach out to a health care professional to get it properly assessed.
