Cancellation policy

As stated in your intake/consent form, there is a 3-business-day cancellation policy. Any cancellations within 3 business days of the visit are subject to pay 100% of the scheduled treatment cost. If you know you need to cancel or re-schedule, I ask that you please do so as soon as you can. This allows me to open up the time to any waitlisted patients.
